Gardening

Proverbs 31:16--She considers a field and buys it; with the fruit of her hands she plants a vineyard.

Derrick and I were trying to think of a way to have something fun to do together outside and save a little money. What better way than to plant a garden! Neither of us have much if any experience gardening, but we decided it would be a fun learning experience for both of us.

We went to Wal-Mart and bought starting kits for tomatoes and green peppers. (It's best to start these inside and then transplant outside) We took them home and put them together. It was super easy! Then we placed them in front of a window and will wait for them to sprout and for it to get warm enough to transplant them into our backyard.  We also bought some green bean seeds, but will have to wait and plant those outside after the last frost. Hopefully we will see some sprouts soon!
